Pleasanton Staples Ranch Public Meeting June 8, 2011

If you live in the Stoneridge Park, Stoneridge Place, Stoneridge Square, or Stoneridge Orchards neighborhoods, or are interested with what is happening with the Staples Ranch project that will be located at the intersection of I-580 and El Charro road and at the current end of Stoneridge drive, then you might want to attend a meeting that the city of Pleasanton and Continuing Life Communities will be conducting.

When:  June 8th, 2011

Where: At the Mohr Elementary School Auditorium, located at 3300 Dennis Drive

Time: 6:30 PM

The meeting will be for the purpose of informing the public about the construction activities that will begin shortly on the Staples Ranch property.

The development as approved by the city for the 124 acre site will include a 46 acre senior continuing care community, a 37 acre auto mall, an 11 acre retail/commercial center, a 5 acre neighborhood park, and a 17 acre community park.  Currently only the senior care community and public infrastructure, such as roads and utilities are scheduled to begin construction.  There is no construction schedule yet for the proposed Stoneridge drive bridge that will connect the new development with the existing neighborhoods.
